What Is A IPSTAG?

An IPS TAG is a unique identifier given to each domain name registration company by Nominet (the registry for all UK domain names).

The tag is used to identify the company responsible for the management/administration of a .uk domain

If you want a different company to “look after your .uk domain names” you do this by changing your IPS Tag from CALLEVA to the IPS Tag of the new company.

Domain administration includes renewal fees, updating your name servers and changing any contact details that are relating to the domain.
