As part of our global support to customers cloudBuy have been making some changes to the Control Centre to allow users to select their Timezone and language. Please note that not all languages are fully supported, thus there may not be any translated content if language is changed from English.
There are three settings you need to consider - Language, Locale and Time zone
Language changes the translation of the content shown to users on the website
Locale sets your DateTime Format (e.g. dd-mm-yy)
Time zone sets the time things are displayed to you on the website and timestamps of actions completed (e.g. orders)
The default setting is English for language and locale and London for the timezone, so in most cases, you will not need to do anything.
If you want to amend this, use the highlighted right-hand drop down menu to select your language and locale and use the highlighted left-hand drop down menu to select your time zone.
